Dishwasher
Title: Dishwasher
Reports to: Executive Chef
Responsibilities:
Washes, pots, pans & dishes in an orderly and timely manner.
Performs other tasks assigned by Sous Chef or Chef.
Comply with scheduled kitchen sanitation and ensure all standards and practices are met.
Removal of trash and recycling to designated areas.
Help fellow employees’ during busy time; such as but not limited to, sorting silverware, glassware, helping to unload dishes, all in a timely manner.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly during a day.
Must be able to walk up and down stairs repeatedly during a day.
Requirements:
A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
Thrives in a team environment while focusing on inclusion and support of others.
Works towards inclusion and hospitality for all guests.
Outstanding communication and people skills.
Ability to stay professional in a stressful work environment.
Superb multitasking skills.
Available to work different hours including weekends, days, and nights.
