Dishwasher

Title: Dishwasher
Reports to: Executive Chef

Responsibilities:

  • Washes, pots, pans & dishes in an orderly and timely manner.

  • Performs other tasks assigned by Sous Chef or Chef.

  • Comply with scheduled kitchen sanitation and ensure all standards and practices are met.

  • Removal of trash and recycling to designated areas.

  • Help fellow employees’ during busy time; such as but not limited to, sorting silverware, glassware, helping to unload dishes, all in a timely manner.

  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly during a day.

  • Must be able to walk up and down stairs repeatedly during a day.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.

  • Thrives in a team environment while focusing on inclusion and support of others.

  • Works towards inclusion and hospitality for all guests.

  • Outstanding communication and people skills.

  • Ability to stay professional in a stressful work environment.

  • Superb multitasking skills.

  • Available to work different hours including weekends, days, and nights.
