Hotel Vermont is looking for a warm and engaging Activities Coordinator to help our guests explore like a local and relax like it’s their job.

The Activities Coordinator position requires a flexible schedule, 40 hours a week, Wednesday-Sunday, with hours differing depending on the week. The position runs May - October. You must love the outdoors, you must love talking and engaging with our guests, and you must be passionate about Vermont. This position is for a self motivated, creative, and positive person, who is dedicated to creating memorable experiences for our guests.
-21 + years old
-1+ years of hospitality, customer service, camp counselor, or guide experience
-Ability to ride a bike
-Some knowledge of Adobe Suite
Key Responsibilities include:|
-Administrative duties: connecting with guests over email, scheduling activities, keeping records of participation and receipts during guided activities
-Updating activities on our website calendar and in-room calendars using Adobe Suite
-Promoting the program and getting our guests excited about our different offerings
-Administering rainy day activities
-Administering kayaking/SUPIng on Lake Champlain
-Guide local Bike & Brew Tours to Foam Brewery, Citizen Cider, Zero Gravity, & Switchback
-One Wednesday a month you will accompany our Beer Concierge on an all day beer tour throughout Vermont including Lost Nation, Hill Farmstead,The Alchemist, and the Blackback Pub.
-Contribute content for different social media handles
