Washes, pots, pans & dishes in an orderly and timely manner
Performs other tasks assigned by Sous Chef or Chef
Comply with scheduled kitchen sanitation and ensure all standards and practices are met.
Removal of trash and recycling to designated areas.
Help fellow employees’ during busy time; such as but not limited to, sorting
silverware, glassware, helping to unload dishes, all in a timely manner
Must be able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly during a day
Must be able to walk up and down stairs repeatedly during a day
